When can I expect my order to ship?

Please allow at least 3-5 business days for delivery. Red Lark processes within 1-2 business days and packages are shipped via UPS or USPS Priority Mail. If you need your order on or by a specific date please email us at redlarkshop@gmail.com and we will try our best to make it happen! Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada.

How will my gift boxes be wrapped and shipped?

All of our signature gift boxes are delivered in a sustainably-sourced premium cardboard box with recycled ivory crinkle-style paper and tied together with a luxurious ribbon.  The gift box is packaged carefully inside a shipping box. You are  encouraged to include a handwritten message on our custom letterpress stationery – note details available in the cart section prior to checkout. In order to protect our glass/breakable products during shipping, we will individually wrap them carefully to protect them for transport. 

How will all other items be wrapped and shipped?

All other items will be wrapped with our custom, high-quality recycled tissue paper. Depending on the contents, the item may ship in a padded envelope or shipping box. All orders can include a personal note. Please include all messages in the notes section on the cart page prior to checkout. 

What if my package arrives damaged?

I take great care when packaging all orders and I do my best to ensure all orders arrive looking as beautifully as they did when they left the shop. However, damage during shipping does occasionally occur. If your order arrives damaged, please document the item with a photo and contact redlarkshop@gmail.com

What is your Return Policy?

Due to the time and attention to detail in preparing your package, all sales are final. If there has been damage to your item(s) in transit, please contact redlarkshop@gmail.com immediately. I will replace broken items, but the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs.
