According to the SBA, the United States is home to 28.8 million small businesses — which accounts for 99.7% of all US businesses. These small businesses are critical to our economy and our neighborhoods. They give us a variety of choices while solving common problems.
In recent weeks, several of my favorite brick & mortar shops have announced they are permanently closing their doors. Thankfully, many of these fellow small business owners have pivoted to e-commerce or they're rearranging their businesses and exploring new opportunities
Shopping local, hiring an independent professional or dining at a local restaurant is wonderful, but perhaps you're looking for an alternative and inexpensive way to support your favorite small businesses.
